Getting your photos is as easy as 1-2-3!
1 - Decide which poses you would like. We offer three different photo opportunities:
a) Diploma Exchange - This is a candid non-posed photo where we attempt to capture what happens on stage
b) Off-stage - Parent and graduate(s) off-stage, immediately after diploma exchange
c) Booth Portrait - This is captured any time during the HEAV Convention, and you’ll have the opportunity to view the proofs immediately, making sure we get the exact photo you want!
Note: ONLY the Booth Portrait requires an appointment, the other two (Diploma Exchange & Off-Stage) are both captured automatically during the ceremony.
2 - Pick the size & quantity of photos.
We offer a variety of sizes, ranging from wallet (2.5” x 3.5”) to 20” x 30” prints. Approximately 3-4 weeks after the ceremony, you’ll receive an email link where you can view the proofs, build your package, and even use our crop tool to get the perfect size! Not sure what photos you want? We have a convenient digital download option with includes the high-resolution photos along with a copyright release for unlimited prints!
3 - Sign up for a personal Senior Portrait!
Are these photo options not enough? We have limited availability for full (60-90 minute) outdoor senior portraits! We’re tentatively planning on June 14, and these will be in picturesque Colonial Williamsburg. If you’re interested, please drop us a note using the form below!
